Lipulli is a real estate project based in Colico Lake, located in the south of Chile. The main purpose of the communication was to differentiate the project from other existent offers in lakes nearby. To achieve this, the graphic communication aims to provoke a sense of belonging, through the construction of a history of memories and good times that are about to happen. So, the logo integrates a suspension point mark to highlight the idea of beginning, and the combination of vivid images and phrases reinforces the experience and lifestyle. For this project, we developed the brand architecture, logo, stationery and website.
